Services Provided
We offer various website design packages which include:
Custom-built website
AI assistant
Free custom domain
Free SSL certificate
Professional email
Hosting with different amounts of space depending on the package
Some plans also include website maintenance services.
Monthly Charges
Our services are provided on a subscription basis, with monthly or yearly charges as agreed upon at the time of signing up for a package.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the following charges apply if you wish to retain certain elements:
Website Ownership: If you cancel and wish to keep the website, a one-time fee of $1000 will be charged.
Domain Name: If you cancel and wish to retain the domain name, a one-time fee of $50 will be charged.
Refunds: Monthly service fees are non-refundable. Any fees paid for retaining website ownership or domain names after cancellation are also non-refundable.
Maintenance Services
Included Maintenance: Some packages include website maintenance services as part of the monthly fee.
Additional Maintenance: For plans without included maintenance, or for additional maintenance requests beyond the included services, a fee of $99 per hour will be charged.
Payment Terms
All payments for monthly services and additional charges must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
What We Do
General Design: We create visually appealing and functional websites tailored to your business needs.
Logo Design: Our team can design a professional logo that represents your brand.
Post Launch Updates: We provide updates and tweaks to your website post-launch to ensure it remains current and functional.
Simple Plugins: We can add simple plugins to enhance your website’s functionality.
What We Never Do
Add Complex Functionality: We do not provide complex or highly customized functionality beyond the scope of simple plugins.
Custom Themes: We do not create fully custom themes; our designs are based on customizable templates.
SEO or Ad Campaigns: Search Engine Optimization and advertising campaigns are not included in our services.
API Integrations: We do not perform API integrations.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the project strictly confidential. Neither party will disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
Use of Design
We retain the right to use the design in our portfolios and marketing materials.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated, the services are provided "as is" without any other warranties or conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Mondollo Media Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
Termination
Mondollo Media Inc may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to meet their obligations or for other just cause.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
